Affiliate Terms and Conditions

What is an affiliate program?

It is a program that we at Puzzle offer for those who wish to market our products for a specified commission.  That can go up to 10%. This is done by creating referral links through the affiliate's control panel in our online store, then posting these links either on social media sites or their personal website, and through this link, the affiliate's followers can click on it and it will transfer them to our online store and upon completion of their order, the puzzle algorithm will calculate and transfer the commission to the affiliate.

Terms of the Affiliate Program

When you agree to the terms of the Affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have examined all the information.

Processing orders

We will process product orders submitted by customers who have followed the link containing your tracking code (as an affiliate marketer) on the site. The site reserves the right to reject applications that violate the terms and conditions mentioned on this page. First the site checks and processes all orders, after that, the commission will be added to the affiliate marketer's account when it is assured that the request is in a proper manner and is in line with the terms and condition of our site.

Offered Commission 

Depending on each product’s policy, we pay up to %10 percent commission to affiliates whose followers have completed legitimate orders that are in accordance with the terms and conditions of this site, you can see the exact commission for each product from the product page itself after:

• The customer visits the link that contains your tracking code (as an Affiliate).
• The order reaches the customer successfully.
• It has been confirmed that the product or products was not returned within 14 days.

We will not pay commission if any of the following conditions are true:

• Any product purchased after canceling this agreement or after canceling your partnership with us
  

Timespan to receive your payment:

We will pay affiliates for eligible orders within the first (4) four days of each month, provided that the affiliate’s balance is not less than two hundred (200) riyals.

Policy and prices

Whoever buys our products through this program is considered our customer in terms of all the activities that they carry out in relation to the Puzzle site.  Accordingly, all prices, terms of sale, rules, policies and operating procedures related to customer orders, customer service and product sales stipulated in the Puzzle site will apply to these customers, and we may change them at any time.

Declaration

You acknowledge that you will not issue any press releases or make any public communication regarding these terms and conditions, your use of content, or your participation in the affiliate program of the Puzzle site. You will not distort or adorn the relationship between us and you (including expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, endorse or contribute to any charitable work or any other reason), or express any relationship or affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except for what These terms and conditions expressly allow.

Policy Changes 

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time in the future, and they will take effect upon their publication on the site, and emails will be sent to all members of the affiliate program explaining the changes that may be made. Accordingly, you agree to all changes that may take effect in the future.

General Puzzle Terms and Conditions

• You are not permitted to bid on any of the terms and phrases puzzle.com.sa and puzzle toys prepaid for on the search network, such as - Google AdWords, Google PPC and Facebook ads.
• You should use puzzle.com.sa, puzzle for educational games, and puzzle as negative keywords in your paid campaigns in English and Arabic in ad networks.
• You may not use the name puzzle.com.sa or any of its variants in the pop-up and backward advertisement windows, such as the name of your flyer to redirect campaigns, in push notification app ads, or through false and misleading messages.
• You may not promote puzzle.com.sa in any explicit sexual material, violent material, defamatory material, or any slander or illegal activity.
• Puzzle has the right to exclude some products and exclude certain periods such as special seasons and other discounts or commissions or both, or what the Puzzle site deems appropriate, and these changes will be announced through its official platforms or through the commission marketing page or the terms and conditions page announced in the store or through the appearance of the commission value On the product page as zero commission riyals.
• Puzzle reserves the right to deduct the commission for returned products.
• Puzzle has the right to amend the percentage as it deems appropriate for each month separately, without referring to a affiliate, and the affiliate has the right to stop promoting at a time he wants.
