FAQ for Tabby

Only orders above 10 but under 2000 SR are eligible to be bought in separate installments
- Simply create an account on the puzzle website - Add products to the cart - On the checkout page, choose the Tabby payment method, usually the second or third option - Confirm the order and fill in the required information for the Tabby form, then enter the card data.
- You can pay for your purchases whenever you want before the due date. Simply log into your Tabby account and make a secure payment with a debit or credit card.
Payment information is handled securely by Tabby. All transactions take place over secure connections, protected by the latest industry standard security protocols.
Currently, payments cannot be made by phone or bank transfer.
If you are having any trouble placing an order with Tabby, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
a) a minor (underage)
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tabby.
b) a previous unpaid invoice
You may have payments due on your previous Tabby bill. Please review your previous bill and contact Tabby customer service here.
c) Possibility of risk based on assessed data
If it is a matter of risk logging, you can contact Tabby about your case. We recommend choosing another payment method or placing an order for a lower amount.
By spreading the purchase cost into 4 equal payments. The payment for each installment will be automatically deducted from the debit or credit card you entered at the time of purchase.
Your first installment will be charged upon confirmation of your order and installments 2, 3 and 4 are scheduled after 30, 60 and 90 days respectively.
On the installment payment due date, Tabby will automatically debit the customer's card linked to Tabby when the purchase is made on Puzzle.
There are some cases in which Tabby cannot automatically debit the card:
a) If the customer chooses to pay later
b) If there is a problem with the card balance, etc. (the balance is not enough)
c) If the customer links his mada debit card, this does not allow Tabby to automatically debit.
In such cases, the customer will be notified by Tabby of his next due date (and notified again by SMS if Tabby fails to automatically debit the card on the due date).
The customer can click the link in the text message to go to the Tabby website or app to pay the bill.
Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase in installments early, simply log in to TABI, go to the order page and select pay early.
Your second, third and fourth payments will be automatically taken from the card you entered during the initial payment process. If you need to change your payment card, simply log in to the Tabby app, go to Installment orders and choose Change Card, then enter your new card details.

Please inform Tabby that your order has not been received, once reported, Tabby will adjust your account to ensure that you do not need to make a payment until the issue is resolved.
ATTENTION: Write to Tabby’s customer service and mention "Puzzle" in the email title.
Tabby is committed to responsible spending which is why every purchase is carefully considered before approval. You'll receive regular reminder notifications before any payments are due so you don't miss out. If Tabby can't collect payments on the scheduled day, you won't be able to make purchases with Tabby until the payment is cleared. Late fees vary by country:
Kingdom Saudi Arabia
A late fee of SAR 15 will be charged 15 days after the order is submitted. If you do not pay for another 2 weeks, an additional SAR 30 late fee will apply, and within 4 weeks after the initial due date, another 60 SAR.
If you return some or all of your order products to your account, TABI will issue you a new account statement as soon as we process your return. If you have an upcoming payment due - sit back and relax.
Please note that Tabby is an independent payment company and has no influence on accepting or rejecting your payment. If you have any issues with your order, please contact Tabby Customer Service directly.
Please contact Puzzle to request a refund. We will let you know if a return is possible and the refund amount, based on our return policy. After your return, the refund will appear in your Tabby account.
a) If you have not paid the order amount yet, Tabby will simply deduct the amount of the products returned from any upcoming payments you may have.
b) If you have previously paid for the returned products, the amount paid will be refunded to the card you previously used.
Depending on your bank, the process may take up to 20 days for the funds to appear on your card.
For example: the amount of an order from Puzzle is 100 Saudi riyals; Customer using installment will pay 25 SAR on June 1st.
a) If the customer cancels the order completely, Tabby will update the invoice, future installments will be cancelled, and the amount of SAR 25 will be refunded back to the customer's card automatically.
b) If the customer requests a partial refund of SAR 50 before July 1, Tabby will update the invoice,
The customer's future installments will be reduced equally to 8.33 SAR (25 SAR divided in 3 installments). Therefore, the customer will have to pay 3 installments of 8.33 SAR each.
Note: Once the customer invoice is updated, Tabby will inform the customer by SMS and email.
